Steps

Enable Auto Start-up
Settings → Apps → Tuman VPN → Allow Auto Start-up

Set Power Saver to Allow Background
Settings → Apps → Tuman VPN → Power Saver → Allow background running
Avoid "Smart restriction" which pauses background when app is closed.

Disable Battery Optimization
Settings → Apps → Tuman VPN → Battery usage → Turn off optimization

Pin in Recent Apps
Open recent apps → Pin Tuman VPN
Always-on VPN
For maximum stability, enable: Settings → Network → VPN → Tuman VPN → Always-on VPN
