VPN keeps turning off?

It's not an app issue. Your phone's system closes VPN in the background.

Why is this happening and how to fix it?

What's happening

Android closes background apps to save battery — even ones that barely use any. Tuman VPN gets caught in the same net.

Add Tuman VPN to battery exceptions. It won't affect battery life — VPN already uses minimum power.

Rarely stops VPN

Allow unrestricted battery usage

Settings → Apps → Tuman VPN → App battery usage → Tap to open menu → Set to "Unrestricted"

Disable Adaptive Battery

Settings → Battery → Adaptive Battery → Turn off

Remove background restrictions

Settings → Apps → Tuman VPN → Advanced → Battery → Background restriction → Remove if restricted

Allow background activity

Settings → search "managing background apps" → Find Tuman VPN → Allow

Always-on VPN

For maximum stability, enable: Settings → Network → VPN → Tuman VPN → Always-on VPN
